Seven capacities,
arranged as a constellation.
Not levels. Not points. Not streaks. The Field is what the system is training in you. Capacities light as you develop them. Most of the constellation is unlit. That is the honest state.
Signal Stability
The capacity to remain yourself in a high-noise environment, when forces from outside are pulling you into patterns that are not actually yours.
Capture Latency
The time between something happening inside you and you noticing it. The lower the latency, the earlier you can intervene. Most readers begin with a latency of hours or days. The work shortens it.
Interruption Capacity
The ability to stop a pattern while it is running — not before, not after. This is harder than insight. Most people see the pattern only in retrospect. Interruption is mid-motion.
Energy Integrity
An honest accounting of where your attention, time, and life-force actually go. Where do you leak? Where do you hold? What is being given away to keep a story intact?
Environmental Sensitivity
The capacity to read the room — the building, the city, the relationship — as part of the signal. Most decisions are made as if the environment were neutral. It is not.
Temporal Sensitivity
Knowing the difference between the right thing now and the right thing later. Most failures are not failures of action. They are failures of timing.
Signal Hierarchy Detection
The skill of distinguishing the surface signal from the underneath signal — what is being said, from what is actually being communicated; what is being noticed, from what is being missed.
The Field is a developmental architecture, not a score. The lit capacities
reflect what your work in The Signal has already begun to surface — not what
you are good at, not where you rank.
