GoodSpace AI is the recruiting company Vinay Pasricha founded, and the company where the doctrine of Collapse or Collapse was first tried. It runs today as Outcomes and vectors, with pairs at the gates and a Keeper who is not Vinay. The book says plainly that it is not finished.
The Outcome that earns most
In the Outcome that earns most of GoodSpace’s revenue, a job description goes in at one end and an invoice comes out at the other. No candidate reaches a client without a human signing at that gate.
The people
The Keeper of GoodSpace is Saksham, who took the seat from Vinay. The master of its largest Outcome is Mudassir, who was its delivery head before the word master existed in the company. Vinay sits on the board.
Winning and delivering
Chapter 9 builds GoodSpace’s winning vector step by step: find, qualify, research, approach, book and terms, ending in a signed mandate. One winning vector is matched to one delivery vector, measured on one number: mandates closed and invoiced.
Where the proof is thin
The book names what is not yet built: the Keeper still carries some decisions himself, pay is not yet at the level the doctrine sets, and the delivery vectors do not yet reach their design target. Chapter 10 lists, tenet by tenet, where GoodSpace holds the doctrine and where it does not.
