How AI Agents End the Department, the Manager and the Meeting
Collapse your organisation now, or your organisation will collapse.
Departments existed because no single person could hold every skill a result needs. AI agents have removed that limit. Collapse or Collapse is about what replaces them: one person, the aligner, who owns one result and runs a chain of AI agents, a vector, to deliver it. No department, no manager, no meetings.

From practice, not theory.
The book draws on how GoodSpace AI already works. It follows a fictional pump maker, Pravaha Pumps, through its own collapse, from departments and managers to aligners and vectors.
Chapter 1 is a memoir: Vinay’s early career at Orange Technology, where the questions in this book first began.
The whole text is here, chapter by chapter, with its 17 pictures, its tables and its notes. Read it in order, or ask the book a question.
The people in chapter 1 are composites and their names are invented; the company and the work were real, and the scenes, the dialogue and the counts are reconstructed from memory, not from records. Pravaha Pumps, in chapters 13 to 18 and again in the Letter, is an invented firm, and its people are invented; its figures are a composite. GoodSpace is real, and where its numbers appear they are the company’s own.
