How it works
- Pick a team (sales, support, finance, people, operations or marketing) to load common tasks with suggested answers, or add your own.
- For each task, answer four questions: what happens if it goes wrong, whether a mistake can be undone, how much judgement it needs, and how often it repeats.
- Each task is sorted into Automate, Assist or Escalate, with the reasons and what to do next. The sorting is rule-based and runs in your browser; nothing is sent until you ask for the PDF.
