A small, intense cohort for senior operators thinking through AI in their own business.

Not a webinar. Not a content library. A six-week working group built around the framework from AI for Business Leaders — applied to your company, your team, your constraints.

The AI Leadership Course runs three or four times a year, capped at 18 operators per cohort. A cohort is currently in session.

— What you do over six weeks

Six modules. Six concrete deliverables. One AI strategy you actually own.

Each module is one week — a 90-minute live session with the cohort, a working assignment between sessions, and a final deliverable you can take into your next leadership meeting. The cohort is the point. You will learn at least as much from the other 17 operators as from the material.

i.

The AI honest snapshot

An unromantic map of what AI actually is in 2026 — what works reliably, what doesn't, and where the genuine leverage lives. We separate the marketing from the substrate.

ii.

Where the leverage is in your business

The structural exercise of identifying — concretely, not in slides — the two or three places where AI deployment could shift a real metric in your specific business.

iii.

What you will not use AI for

The defensive doctrine. What kinds of decisions, customer interactions, and internal processes must stay human — and what your written commitment to that looks like.

iv.

The human-AI handoff protocol

How tasks move between AI and your team. The boundary cases. Who decides when AI escalates back to a human. How quality is measured. The protocol turns AI from a vibe into a system.

Re-architecting teams and metrics

What changes inside your team when AI is a colleague. New roles, retired ones, the metrics that no longer measure anything useful, the ones that suddenly do.

vi.

Your leadership posture

The last week is personal. What kind of leader do you want to be through this transition? What posture do you want your team to mirror? You leave with a written posture, defended.

— Who this is for

A small cohort of serious operators.

Founders & CEOs of mid-stage companies.

Particularly those whose business is being asked to absorb AI in operations, product, or hiring — and who want to do it without losing the plot.

Senior executives inside larger institutions.

CXOs, VPs, GMs who are being asked to set AI direction for thousands of employees and want a private, candid working group.

Operators leading transformation programs.

Chief Transformation Officers, heads of strategy, internal AI leads who need a clearer doctrine than what their consultants are offering.

If you are deciding whether your company needs a Chief AI Officer, read Do You Need a Chief AI Officer?

Founders building AI-native companies.

For whom the question is not "should we use AI" but "how do we build an organisation that uses it well" from day one.

— Who runs it

Built by an operator, for operators.

— Questions

Common questions.

How long is the course, and how does each week work?

Six weeks, one module a week. Each week has a 90-minute live session with the cohort, a working assignment between sessions, and a deliverable you can take into your next leadership meeting.

How big is a cohort?

No more than 18 operators. The group is kept small so the conversation can be candid, and so you learn as much from the other participants as from the material.

What will I leave with?

Six deliverables: your company's AI honest snapshot, a prioritised leverage map, your AI red lines, your team's human-AI handoff protocol, a first draft of your team redesign, and a written AI leadership posture.

Do I need a technical background?

No. The course is built on AI for Business Leaders, which is not a technical book. It assumes you know how to run a business and asks where AI fits inside that craft.

Should I read the book first?

It helps. Reading it before the first session makes the cohort experience deeper, because every module works on the book's questions: where the leverage is, what AI will not be used for, how the handoff works, and what changes inside your teams.

How do I ask about fit, dates or a cohort for my own team?

Write to Vinay directly through the Connect page. Questions about fit, applications and customised cohorts for a leadership team all go there.
