Vinay Pasricha Explorer of Emergence
Now Writing The Signal Building GoodSpace AI Running Cohort III

Most of this work has the same root.
An old conviction, made younger by AI.

For two decades, the same question has been quietly running underneath every business, every team, every book — how do we think more clearly about systems we cannot fully see?

What follows is a brief, deliberately compact biography. Not a CV. Not a list of titles. The arc that explains why the books exist, why GoodSpace AI exists, and why all of it points at the same horizon.

— Vinay Pasricha

Founder, author, explorer of emergence.

Vinay is the founder of GoodSpace AI, an AI-native talent platform built around the doctrine of frequency and resonance. He is the author of six books on AI, decisions, execution, and hiring — with The Signal in progress and Civilization, a framework for the direction of intelligent civilizations.

He writes in English from Delhi, India. Builds across thirteen languages. Works most closely with founders, executives, and operators inside companies that are trying to navigate a faster, denser, less-mappable world without losing the plot.

This site is his — but it is not really about him. It is about the work. The hope is that you find something here you can use, and come back, and use it again.

— The arc

Six brief chapters.

Early 2000s

Beginnings — questions about people.

An early career inside hiring and talent — the deeply human problem of how organisations find, evaluate, and place people. What looked like a recruitment job was really a long apprenticeship in the structure of work itself.

2010s

Operating — founder, builder, manager.

A decade of building and running companies. Hiring, scaling, restructuring, deciding under pressure. The lived experience that the later books emerge from — including the failures that make the doctrine credible.

2020 – 2022

GoodSpace — the AI-native platform.

Founded GoodSpace AI with the conviction that the next generation of hiring would not be a faster version of the old one — it would be a structurally different practice, built on intelligent discovery rather than resume-based negotiation.

2024 – 2025

Writing begins — the first books.

AI for Business Leaders arrives first. Then The SIV Method — the structured way of examining reality that becomes the spine of everything that follows. Both written compact, both written to be re-read.

2026

The library widens — Execution, Frequency.

The Execution Doctrine and Organizational Frequency publish within months of each other — two more cognitive instruments for operators trying to act well in a rapidly changing world. The cohort programs begin in parallel.

Late 2026 →

The Signal — and the longer horizon.

The fifth book — The Signal — is the most personal and the slowest. It opens the longer horizon of the project: an AI-native intellectual operating system for navigating the next two decades. The library will keep growing, deliberately, one volume at a time.

What I'm currently doing.

Writing The Signal.

The fifth book — slowly, recursively. Due late 2026. Subscribe on the book's page to be notified when it lands.

Building GoodSpace AI.

Growing the team, deepening the product, taking the doctrine into real markets. Most of the practical work that follows from Organizational Frequency happens here.

Running Cohort III.

The third AI Leadership cohort is underway. A small group of senior operators thinking through AI strategy in their own businesses, week by week.

Recording weekly.

New videos most weeks — long-form, shorts, reflections — across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn. Different cadences for different audiences.

A monthly essay.

One essay on the first weekend of each month. Library, not feed. Subscribe on the Notebook page.

Conversations with operators.

A small advisory practice. Speaking engagements, two or three a quarter. Direct lines to write are on the Connect page.
